Mushroom sauce, or mushroom soup. A delicious recipe for the festive table

Ingredients for the preparation of tasty mushroom soup puree:

  • 500 g button mushrooms;
  • 0,5 liters of broth;
  • 1-2 boiled potatoes;
  • bulb;
  • 1 cup low-fat milk or cream;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons flour;
  • 1 tbsp. oil spoon;
  • salt and pepper, to taste.

Mushroom puree soup recipe:

Mushrooms clean, thoroughly washed and chopped. Then shift into a saucepan, add oil and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Then fill up fried onions and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes.

Next – Pour the flour and pour in the broth. Add diced and pre-cooked potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, pour the milk or cream. Cook for 20 minutes.

Pour the soup into a blender and chop. Pour back into the saucepan and boil over low heat for 3 minutes.

  • Мука лучше сначала размешать в холодных молоке или сливках, только потом добавлять в суп.
