American Crested – this guinea pigs of different colors with white, black or red spot on his head.
Homeland of the breed guinea pigs are the United States of America. In the homeland of animals called white Crested. The Europeans gave them the name of the American Crested. The animals were different from other breeds of short, soft fur, spots on the back of his head. Coloring animals could be different:

- redhead;
- chestnut;
- other.
Rodents are both monochrome and colored (combines two or three colors).
