The breed of sheep Ratska dates back to Hungary, where for the first time officially mentioned in 1800 in the record. Sheep breed Ratska easily distinguished from each other, with long horns, which have a spiral shape. Horn of direct and long: from sheep they can reach 60 cm, and the sheep – 40 cm, it is an absolute record for the shape and length.

Ratska – versatile breed, these sheep are perfectly suited for the production of wool, milk and meat. Sheep Color or pure black or light brown with limbs and a head. The coat is quite rough and long, thick. If we stick to the basic rules for the care of animals, the average adult sheep can weigh 60 kg, and the sheep – 40 kg, and the sheep give even a good yield.

The breed is hardy and undemanding, has good immunity. Unique appearance, good returns and nature – all these qualities make Ratsku excellent option for growing, both for beginning farmers and pastoralists to the experience.
