Adler Russian breed of geese, which was set up at the poultry farm, which carries the name of Adler, in Krasnodar. To grow geese eggs with high performance and a large body mass. To do this, we put together a local breed of geese with large gray geese. The breed, which has turned out as a result, experienced further crosses with Solnechnogorskoe geese breed in order to achieve a strong constitution and good eggs performance. In the future, the breed is not mixed with the other, but only selected the most powerful and well-developed individuals, thus was born the breed Adler.

Adler Goose have a fairly large body mass: males weigh an average of 8 kg, and females 6 kg, 2-month geese weigh about 4 kg. Goose ready for mating and hatching eggs as early as 10 months of age. Adult females per cycle can carry an average of 30 eggs, and some 40 pieces. But only half of all eggs hatch goslings, such a bad offspring in part depend on the low-quality and low fertility. The eggs are large, weighing 165 g meat quality and pleasant taste, hasty.

The Adler geese have good health, so rarely get sick and resist pests. In good conditions of survival of about 75% geese, and if you do not care for their young, it may remain only 30% .. adults have high safety – 90-100%. Geese have adapted to cold winters and hot summers.
