Breed North Caucasus white turkeys for the performance close to the North Caucasus Bronze turkey. The most significant difference is the color of the plumage. The white color of the pen has turned out as a result of cross-breeding of the White and North Caucasian chested bronze turkeys.
The breed belongs to the middle-heavy type, beef, although egg production is quite high. There are several varieties of the North Caucasus turkeys: black, white, gray, a wide variety of shades. They all have good performance characteristics and generally differ only in color of plumage.
Adult White North Caucasian turkeys weigh about 14-15 kg, and the turkey is twice less – about 6-7 kg. Turkeys also produce a large number of eggs – from 100 to 170 units per year.
